Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. During peak times such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other major holidays, carriers may take longer to deliver.. Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days.
The Heritage Treehouse includes a limited lifetime warranty on the solid maple frame and 1-year coverage on fabrics and cushions.

Wood surfaces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The cotton bed covers are machine washable, and all materials are chosen for longevity and easy maintenance.
