By visiting purrsona.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

We may accept or cancel your order at our discretion—for instance if items are out of stock or product information is incorrect. We’ll notify you if we cancel.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change at any time, except for already-confirmed orders.

Our furniture is handcrafted in small batches using natural materials—grain, color, and texture may vary. Photos are for reference only and won’t always match perfectly (but that’s part of what makes each piece special).

See our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy for details on shipping times, returns, and refunds. Notably, custom or made-to-order items can’t be returned unless defective.

All content on the site—text, images, designs—is owned by Purrsona and may not be reused without permission.

Our site and products are provided “as-is,” without warranties. Purrsona isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability won’t exceed what you paid.

We may include links or tools from other sites—those are provided “as-is,” and we aren’t responsible for them.

These Terms are governed by Florida law, and any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
